Transparent Lota Pitcher by Eugene E. Gloye - PDF Download
This download teaches Eugene E. Gloye's Transparent Lota Pitcher from his book Theatrical Magic. This download contains the full explanation as written by Eugene himself.
From the download:
"The regular Lota Bowl is an apparatus made of plastic or metal which is used to apparently produce a quantity of liquid. When emptied, the bowl seems to keep filling up again.
The lota apparatus in this case appears as a large, semi-transparent pitcher. When the pitcher is first introduced, it is filled with a dark liquid. The audience is able to see the liquid through the walls of the pitcher. The routine consists of pouring the contents of the pitcher into a large opaque container, only to have the pitcher visibly become filled once again. The effect is repeated several times. As with the standard Lota Bowl, the routine may be performed as a feature in itself or as a running gag interwoven with other tricks. A more detailed discussion of alternate routines will be presented below."
